Conditions

All prices are in euros per week including VAT

• free use of all buses with the Val Gardena Mobilcard

• final cleaning (if the apartment was left clean)

Extras

• On request for a fee, transportation from/to the nearest bus stop
• pets only in summer and on request (7 Euro/day)
• change of towels and bed linen during the week on request
• use of the laundry room with washing machine on request for a fee

Guest Pass / Mobil Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Check-in & Check-out

The holiday apartment is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival - we ask that you vacate it by around 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

Local tax

The local tax of 2,10 € per guest (from 14 years of age) and overnight stay will be collected by the accommodation provider upon arrival

Reservations

Reservations are final and binding when we send confirmation of receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.

Cancellations:

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code - despite this we agree the following conditions of withdrawal:
in case of cancellation of the reservation, will be charged the following cancellation charges:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival: we retain the deposit.
• Cancellations from 30 days to 14 days before the arrival day: 70% of the booked stay.
• Cancellations within the last 2 weeks before the arrival day: 100% of the booked stay.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booked stay

With the payment of the deposit the client declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms of reservation and cancellation.

Tip:

We recommend you to take out a travel protection insurance. You will save the cost of cancellation in case you are unable to go on holiday because of serious reasons.
